Shipments are expected to arrive within 2 to 7 days plus one business day processing time. We do not have any control over weekends, holidays, or inclement weather. Please reach out if you have an issue with shipping and we will adress it as soon as possible at info@freshfieldpn.com.

To simplify things we charge one flat rate of $8.75 and orders over $89 are free shipping.

There are many protein powders out there that taste great, but contain a large amount of unhealthy ingredients. There are also some protein powders that contain minimal ingredients, but lack taste and texture. We believe we developed a great tasting product that you can feel confident about. We also conduct third party testing of our products to ensure quality and safety. Our whey protein contains whey isolate, which contains more protein per serving and less fat and carbohydrates than concentrate. It also contains less lactose for those who are sensitive to lactose. We recommend you start with 6 to 10 ounces of liquid per serving. Feel free to adjust this amount that suits your specific preferences.

You can use milk, milk alternatives such as nut milks and coconut milk or water, its totally up to you and your preferences. Milk and milk alternatives will yield a slightly better taste and texture, but water works great too if you don't want the added calories and/or don't have those available.
