5 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 2/3 c. stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. 
  3. Form 12 dough balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the edges begin to brown. 
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
