INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp PB powder or peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
