- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp PB powder or peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
