Blueberry Crisp

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/4 c. rolled oats 
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 c. greek yogurt
  • Optional-add in nuts to crisp for a bit more of a crunch

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash banana and then combine all ingredients except blueberries.
  2. Microwave blueberries 60 to 90 seconds in microwave.
  3. Microwave topping for 60 to 90 seconds. 
  4. Top blueberries with crisp topping. 
  5. Add greek yogurt on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
