Blueberry Crisp
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/2 ripe banana mashed
- 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 to 2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1 c. greek yogurt
- Optional-add in nuts to crisp for a bit more of a crunch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mash banana and then combine all ingredients except blueberries.
- Microwave blueberries 60 to 90 seconds in microwave.
- Microwave topping for 60 to 90 seconds.
- Top blueberries with crisp topping.
- Add greek yogurt on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
