Chia Pudding


  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • Optional: fruit, nuts


  1. Mix all ingredients in mason jar or other container
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. Add additional desired toppings and enjoy!
