Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. skim milk (or milk of choice)
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- Optional: fruit, nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in mason jar or other container
- Refrigerate overnight
- Add additional desired toppings and enjoy!
