Chunky Monkey Protein Yogurt Bark
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. sugar free chocolate chips melted
- 1 banana
- Crushed graham crackers (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl combine protein powder, yogurt, peanut butter and honey and mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
- Pour batter onto pan and even out to desired thickness.
- Melt chocolate in microwave and spread over mixture.
- Top with sliced banana.
- Place in freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Break up or cut into servings. Store leftovers in the freezer.
