Gluten Free Protein Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 c. chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. almond flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. sweetener
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix. Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Grease or line a 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Spread mixture evenly in pan and cook for 20 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
