Gluten Free Protein Brownies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 c. chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2/3 c. sweetener
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix. Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease or line a 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  5. Spread mixture evenly in pan and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
