Protein Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. flour (gluten free)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 c. greek yogurt
- 1/4 c. apple sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add-ins
- Nuts-walnuts, pecans, almonds
- Blueberries
- Chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients and whisk.
- Mash bananas and then combine all wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together and add in optional ingredients if desired.
- Line a loaf pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, check doneness with a toothpick.
