Protein Tollhouse Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 1/2 c. oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients and whisk.
- Mash bananas and then combine all wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together and add then fold in 1/4 c. chocolate chips.
- Line a loaf pan with cooking spray or parchment paper and add batter. Top with remaining 1/4 c. chocolate chips.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, check doneness with a toothpick.
