Protein Tollhouse Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 scoops vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/2 c. oat flour 
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Combine all dry ingredients and whisk. 
  3. Mash bananas and then combine all wet ingredients. 
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and add then fold in 1/4 c. chocolate chips.
  5. Line a loaf pan with cooking spray or parchment paper and add batter. Top with remaining 1/4 c. chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, check doneness with a toothpick.
