Supercharged Yogurt Bark
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 2 c. non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 c. mixed berries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl combine protein powder, yogurt, lemon, and salt
- Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
- Pour batter onto pan and even out to desired thickness.
- Top with honey and mixed fruit.
- Place in freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Break up or cut into servings. Store leftovers in the freezer.
