Supercharged Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 2 c. non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 c. mixed berries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl combine protein powder, yogurt, lemon, and salt
  2. Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
  3. Pour batter onto pan and even out to desired thickness.
  4. Top with honey and mixed fruit.
  5. Place in freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Break up or cut into servings. Store leftovers in the freezer.
