The Story Behind the Brand
Making a Change
Fresh Field Performance and Nutrition was started by a husband and wife duo, Dylan and Angie, with the goal of helping others live healthy and perform at their best. Both were approaching middle age, working full time, and raising three children under two years of age, which taught them how easy it is to fall into the temptations of making excuses that lead into living an unhealthy lifestyle. Dylan managed to lose over 100 lbs., compete in ultramarathons including a 100 miler, compete in triathlons, while also focusing on resistance training.
All In
Angie was inspired by Dylan’s new lifestyle changes, motivating her to begin making her own changes in prioritizing fitness and nutrition again. She used to be a competitive crossfit athlete and trainer who prioritized fitness, but life’s commitments and three kids made it difficult to dedicate that same amount of time and effort. She also began completing endurance races and arguably more impressively working out consistently while watching and taking care of three young children with a full time job. Nothing like a jog up and down the driveway in the morning before work with a baby monitor in hand, or a functional strength workout inside while three kids climb all over you; no excuses anymore.

Dylan and Angie aim to offer nutritional and performance products that strike a balance of minimal ingredients, while providing excellent taste and nutrition. Ultimately, they are making products, with the aid of experts, allowing them to feel good about consuming for health and performance. Along the way they hope they can serve in some small way to help others find their true potential, live a healthy and active lifestyle, and have some fun along the way.
