- 1/2 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1/2 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 banana frozen
- 4 dates
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 c. oats
- 1 to 2 c. ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
