  • 1/2 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. skim milk 
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 4 dates
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. oats
  • 1 to 2 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
