Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream


  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk 
  • 1/3 c. frozen banana
  • Peanut butter cups (see our peanut butter cup recipe for more protein and less sugar)


  1. Combine milk and protein powder and freeze in Ninja Creami container. 
  2. Mix on lite ice cream mode and re-spin as necessary. 
  3. Add in frozen bananas and peanut butter cups and use mix in mode.
