INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoops chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana frozen
- Pinch seat salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
