INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoops chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana frozen
  • Pinch seat salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
