Chunky Monkey Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 banana diced
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chocolate chips or baking chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Combine all ingredients except banana, walnuts, and chocolate. Once mixed thoroughly fold in remaining ingredients. 
  3. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
