Chunky Monkey Protein Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 3 Tbsp oats
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 banana diced
- 1 Tbsp walnuts chopped
- 3 Tbsp chocolate chips or baking chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except banana, walnuts, and chocolate. Once mixed thoroughly fold in remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
