  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. greek yogurt
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 Tbsp apple butter
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
