INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. greek yogurt
- 1 apple diced
- 1 Tbsp apple butter
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 c. ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
