Protein Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 2 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Lily's white chocolate chips (any white chocolate will work)
- 1 mini graham cracker crust
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt chocolate and cream cheese in microwave and combine.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Fill crust with filling and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
