PB Vanilla Protein Bowl


  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 c. skim milk 
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c. ice


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  2. You can adjust milk to ice ratio to get desired consistency. 
  3. Top with your favorite toppings.
