PB Vanilla Protein Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- You can adjust milk to ice ratio to get desired consistency.
- Top with your favorite toppings.
