Chocolate PB Protein Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Line container with parchment paper and flatten mixture to desired thickness.
- Refrigerate to allow mixture to firm up.
- Cut bars into desired sizes.
- If coating with chocolate, melt chocolate and coat each bar and then refrigerate again until consuming.
