Chocolate PB Protein Bars


  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips (optional)


    1. Combine ingredients until thoroughly mixed. 
    2. Line container with parchment paper and flatten mixture to desired thickness. 
    3. Refrigerate to allow mixture to firm up. 
    4. Cut bars into desired sizes. 
    5. If coating with chocolate, melt chocolate and coat each bar and then refrigerate again until consuming.
