  • 2 Tbsp liquid (milk, nut milk, water)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Mix liquid and protein powder, add or subtract liquid for desired consistency.
  2. Top with banana, peanut butter, and honey
