- 2 Tbsp liquid (milk, nut milk, water)
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix liquid and protein powder, add or subtract liquid for desired consistency.
- Top with banana, peanut butter, and honey
