Nutty Black and Blue Mug Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 3 Tbsp milk
- Small handful blueberries
- 3 walnuts broken into pieces
- 2 tsp sweetener
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine protein and milk and mix thoroughly.
- Add in remaining ingredients and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. Remove from microwave when center is still watery. Watch carefully as it will dry out quickly if cooked too long. Enjoy immediately
