Double Chocolate Mug Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. egg whites (or 1 large egg)
- 1/4 c. milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- In mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl combine the egg and milk and then pour into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into microwaveable bowl and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds and enjoy immediately.
