Double Chocolate Mug Cake


  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c. egg whites (or 1 large egg)
  • 1/4 c. milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips


  1. In mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the egg and milk and then pour into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Mix in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour mixture into microwaveable bowl and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds and enjoy immediately.
