Chocolate Protein Powered Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 1 Tbsp sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp monk fruit maple syrup (can substitute real maple syrup)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon + sprinkle on top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix whey, oats, sweetener, cinnamon and water
  2. Microwave according to directions for oats
  3. Mix in maple syrup
  4. Top with banana and sprinkle on cinnamon
