Chocolate Protein Powered Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1 Tbsp sweetener
- 2 Tbsp monk fruit maple syrup (can substitute real maple syrup)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon + sprinkle on top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix whey, oats, sweetener, cinnamon and water
- Microwave according to directions for oats
- Mix in maple syrup
- Top with banana and sprinkle on cinnamon
