Apple Protein Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. sweetener
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. egg whites
- 1/2 apple
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Dice apple and combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out dough onto sheet.
- Smash down cookies.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes.
