Apple Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 c. vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/2 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. egg whites
  • 1/2 apple

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Dice apple and combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out dough onto sheet.
  4. Smash down cookies.
  5. Cook for approximately 10 minutes.
