  • 1 c. milk 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
