Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. almond flour
- Chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- In a bowl combine almond flour and protein powder.
- Mix in wet mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Add in desired amount of chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
