Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough


  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. almond flour
  • Chocolate chips


  1. Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. In a bowl combine almond flour and protein powder. 
  3. Mix in wet mixture and combine thoroughly. 
  4. Add in desired amount of chocolate chips. 
  5. Refrigerate any leftovers.
