Honey Lavender Protein Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk 
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lavendar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm milk over medium heat in pan on stove top.
  2. Once warm, add honey and lavender.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for around 10 minutes. 
  4. Strain into Ninja Creami container and then add protein powder and mix (use handheld mixer/milk frother, if you don't have one then blend before adding to container).
  5. Freeze 12 to 24 hours. 
  6. Mix on lite ice cream mode and re-spin as necessary.
