Honey Lavender Protein Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lavendar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm milk over medium heat in pan on stove top.
- Once warm, add honey and lavender.
- Remove from heat and let steep for around 10 minutes.
- Strain into Ninja Creami container and then add protein powder and mix (use handheld mixer/milk frother, if you don't have one then blend before adding to container).
- Freeze 12 to 24 hours.
- Mix on lite ice cream mode and re-spin as necessary.
