Pumpkin Protein Donuts

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. pumpkin puree
  • 1 c. gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar

Icing

  • 1/2 c. stevia powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Combine all dry ingredients and whisk. 
  3. Combine all wet ingredients and whisk. 
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients together. 
  5. Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. 
  6. Fill donut molds (you can use a ziplock bag and cut a corner to pipe in batter). 
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. 
  8. Remove and let cool. 
  9. Whisk together the icing and add to each donut.
