Pumpkin Protein Donuts
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. pumpkin puree
- 1 c. gluten free flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
Icing
- 1/2 c. stevia powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients and whisk.
- Combine all wet ingredients and whisk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
- Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill donut molds (you can use a ziplock bag and cut a corner to pipe in batter).
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Whisk together the icing and add to each donut.
