  • 1 c. skim milk 
  • 1 c. vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 to 2 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
