INGREDIENTS

- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 c. vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 to 2 c. ice

- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
