  • 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/4 c. oats
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter


  1. Adjust liquid for desired thickness. Less liquid for pudding consistency, more liquid for a drinkable shake consistency.
  2. Add ingredients to blender and blend until thoroughly mixed
