Peanut Butter Cookie Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. skim milk (or milk of choice)
- 4 dates
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/4 c. oats
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Adjust liquid for desired thickness. Less liquid for pudding consistency, more liquid for a drinkable shake consistency.
- Add ingredients to blender and blend until thoroughly mixed
