Protein Power Cakes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1/2 c. oat flour
- 1 Tbsp sweetener
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat a skillet or griddle to medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl add and combine dry ingredients and mux thoroughly.
- In another bowl combine and mix together egg and milk. Add wet and dry ingredients together.
- Use butter or non stick spray on skillet and adding 1/4 of the batter. Flip after approximately a few minutes.
- Top with maple syrup, fruit, or any other desired toppings.
