Protein Power Cakes



  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle to medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl add and combine dry ingredients and mux thoroughly.
  3. In another bowl combine and mix together egg and milk. Add wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Use butter or non stick spray on skillet and adding 1/4 of the batter. Flip after approximately a few minutes.
  5. Top with maple syrup, fruit, or any other desired toppings.
