Chocolate Banana Protein Popsicles


  • 2 scoops chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • Banana


  1. Cut up banana and add to popsicle molds
  2. Mix milk and protein and add to popsicle molds. Adjust  the mixture for the size of your popsicle molds. 
  3. Freeze overnight
