Chocolate Banana Protein Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk (or milk of choice)
- Banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut up banana and add to popsicle molds
- Mix milk and protein and add to popsicle molds. Adjust the mixture for the size of your popsicle molds.
- Freeze overnight
