Peanut Butter Cup Shake


  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 c. skim milk 
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 Tbsp peanut powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 c. ice
  • Optional-chocolate syrup, whip cream, crumbled peanut butter cups (see our peanut butter cup recipe)


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
