Peanut Butter Cup Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp peanut powder
- 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 c. ice
- Optional-chocolate syrup, whip cream, crumbled peanut butter cups (see our peanut butter cup recipe)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
