Protein Peanut Butter Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add coconut oil, butter, and chocolate chips to a bowl and microwave until melted
  2. Mix in protein powder and add water for a runny consistency
  3. Pour a small amount in silicon molds or small cupcake paper cups
  4. Put in freezer long enough to stiffen
  5. Add peanut butter in each portion and then top with chocolate mix
  6. Move to freezer until thoroughly frozen through
  7. Keep in freezer or refrigerator
