Protein Peanut Butter Cups
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- Water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add coconut oil, butter, and chocolate chips to a bowl and microwave until melted
- Mix in protein powder and add water for a runny consistency
- Pour a small amount in silicon molds or small cupcake paper cups
- Put in freezer long enough to stiffen
- Add peanut butter in each portion and then top with chocolate mix
- Move to freezer until thoroughly frozen through
- Keep in freezer or refrigerator
