INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate Fresh Field whey protein
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp peanuts
- 1 c. ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
