Protein Cookie Dough
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 3 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sweetener
- 5 Tbsp milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl combine whey, coconut flour, and sweetener.
- In a separate bowl combine milk and melted coconut oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips.
- Line a small pan with parchment paper and refrigerate for a couple hours.
- Divide into servings and enjoy!
