Protein Waffles
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 scoops vanilla Fresh Field whey protein
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- Toppings-sugar free syrup, sugar free powdered sugar, fruit, nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
- Add mixture to waffle maker and cook until desired doneness.
- Top with desired toppings.
